Return:
The buyer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 days of receiving them.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
The product may only be used for functionality testing.
If the product has been used more than necessary for inspection, or its packaging is significantly damaged, the online store has the right to reduce the refund amount.

The costs of returning the product are borne by the Buyer, except in cases where the reason for the return is an unsuitable or damaged product.
The goods must be returned within 14 days of sending the cancellation form.

Will the water be safe for children?
Yes. Reverse osmosis filtration + UV provides very low TDS and removes up to 99.9% of contaminants.
Will water from PureOne taste better?
Yes - filtration removes mineral deposits, chlorine taste, odors and organic impurities. The water becomes soft and neutral.
Does the device really help you save money?
Yes - water bottles can cost €20-60 per month. PureOne pays for itself quickly, and there's no need to carry heavy water bottles and drums.
How is PureOne different from filter jugs?
Filter cups only remove chlorine and odors. PureOne with an RO membrane removesheavy metals, PFAS, nitrates, salts, microplastics, bacteria and more.
How often should I change the filters? Is it complicated?
PAC and C2 filters last about 6–8 months, RO membrane – 24–36 months.
Replacement is very simple, without tools.
Can the device replace my kettle?
Yes - PureOne heats water directly in the device and offers 45°C, 60°C, 75°C, 85°C and 95°C modes. Tea, coffee and baby formula conveniently without waiting.
